Pictures of this special livery Gallardo have been circulating for a while but here's a great video of the car in action. Donated to the Italian police back in 2008 the it's mainly used to patrol highways and for speeding organ donations to the right places. Seeing as this is Italy it's also taken on the occasional track day as you can see in the video here.

Offering up 560 horsepower and topping out at 203mph there's probably not a lot on the road that could outrun this. In addition it has some nifty updates you won't find on your regular Gallardo including a license-reading system, real-time transmission of images back to a control room, GPS and of course a siren and flashing blue lights.
